House rules are of great importance for you and for our practice. They give you a clear picture as a patient. With which, on the other hand, we guarantee our work and thus the quality of dental care. Moreover, it creates clear insight for you as a patient.
We have listed the most important house rules among each other here. If you still have questions after reading, please do not hesitate to contact us!
If you have provided your mobile telephone number, we will send you a text message two days in advance as a service. Due to a technical malfunction or an incorrect telephone number, you may not receive a reminder. Of course, you remain responsible for fulfilling the agreement that you have made.
If you have made an appointment, we assume that you will comply with it. Changing appointments is free of charge up to two working days (48 hours) in advance.
We ask you to be present 5 minutes before the agreed time and to report your presence to our desk assistant.
If you were unable to brush your teeth before the visit, ask the counter assistant for a toothbrush and toothpaste. This makes our work a lot more pleasant and enjoyable!

If there are changes in your medication use or health, please report this to the dentist, counter assistant. This can affect your treatment! To prevent (unnecessary) complications during your treatment, we ask you to report this in advance. We ask that you change your personal details, such as address changes or changes in your insurance policy, as soon as possible. You can communicate this by telephone or by email. If you do not appear on the appointment without canceling, we will charge € 20 to reimburse part of the reserved time. If you do not appear for more than three times without canceling, we will, unfortunately, have to cancel our treatment relationship. As we are a care-providing sector, treatments can take a little longer than planned. We will always use the reserved time that is planned for you. Unfortunately, it can happen that you have to wait when there is a delay. We try to prevent this as much as possible and to inform you on time.

Make an appointment
You can register with our dentist in three different ways: You can make an online appointment with the dentist by sending us an email. You can also call our dental assistant; also when you want to cancel an appointment with the dentist. Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours. It is not possible to cancel agreements made by email. You can complete the online appointment form if you want to register with our dentist. Unfortunately, it is not possible to visit the dentist without an appointment.
Change appointment
If you are unexpectedly unable to attend, existing agreements up to 2 working days (48 hours) before can be changed free of charge. We can then offer the released time to another patient. If you do not inform us in time, we are unfortunately forced to charge you the reserved time. You cannot cancel agreements made by e-mail. We strive to make your agreements with us as efficient and pleasant as possible. We do everything to help you at the agreed time. Good information and clarity with regard to rates, your bill, reimbursements, prices for dentists and budgets for treatment plans are important.
