Infomedics: From invoice to payment
A few days after you have been treated you will receive a bill from Infomedics. They handle payment transactions for our practice. As a company, Infomedics is specialized in invoicing and collecting declarations. They take work out of our hands so that we have more time for our profession and more attention for you! The prices that our dentist charges are based on the rates of the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZA). We also offer the option to pay in cash. Op de website van Infomedics (www.infomedics.nl) kunt u veel zaken rondom de betaling van uw rekening snel en eenvoudig regelen, denk bijvoorbeeld aan:
Status van uw betaling controleren
Ga naar www.infomedics.nl. U treft de rekeningchecker direct bovenaan de webpagina aan. Vul het betalingskenmerk (cijferreeks) in die op rekening staat en controleer of uw rekening is betaald. Als dit niet het geval is kunt u direct betalen via iDEAL.
Betalingsregeling treffen
Infomedics hanteert een betalingstermijn van 30 dagen. Lukt het niet om op tijd te betalen, dan kunt u kosteloos uitstel van betaling aanvragen. Ook kunt u tegen kosten een betalingsregeling treffen. Online vindt u ook meer informatie over het Infomedics Betaalplan.

Let op! Wij willen u vragen om voor de uiterste betaaldatum te betalen, om te voorkomen dat er wettelijke incassokosten in rekening gebracht worden.

For questions about your dental bill or payment arrangements, you can contact Infomedics. You can do this by calling Infomedics: 0900 40 49 404, the costs are € 0.35 per call. The Service Desk of Infomedics is open Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Or via email: account@infomedics.nl. You can also view your invoices digitally at www.infomedics.nl. If you have questions about the dental bill or payment arrangements and would prefer to call the dentist’s practice, you can do that too. We like to think of solutions together. In that case call 020 – 261 36 89
We also offer you the option that you can submit the bill to the health insurer yourself. If you are interested in this, you only have to inform our phone assistant once. In the future, the invoice will be sent to you. Good information and clarity with regard to rates, your bill, reimbursements, dentist prices and budgets for treatment plans are important.
